About us:
We began manage rental properties in Johor Bahru (JB) over 3 years ago, started with 3 houses (32 rooms) rental management and 2 units condominium (single-tenant management). To date, we have handle more than hundreds of rooms rental management in JB town area including Skudai, Taman Pelangi, Taman Sentosa, Taman Sri Tebrau, Taman Abad, Kebun Teh, Taman Serene, Taman Iskandar, Kim Teng Park and Century Garden. Along the way, we have refined our systems and processes, understand homeowners and tenants’ needs and familiar with local market rental rate.
